What does my retainer cover?
Your session retainer reserves your date on my calendar and is 25% of your total session fee. 

Why do I have to pay sales tax for your services? 
My sessions are inclusive and include digital images, which are considered a tangible product. In the state of Virginia, photography packages that include a product are subject to sales tax on the entire collection.

What if I have to reschedule due to illness? 
If you or a family member become ill, please let me know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to reschedule as soon as possible.

When is the final payment for my session due?
The remainder of your  balance is due on the day of your session. I will send a reminder and final invoice about a week prior to your session.

Do your offer consultations?
If you would prefer to meet and book in person, I'm happy to do so! I hold office hours Monday - Thursday 10am - 3pm by appointment.
