What does my retainer cover?
Your session retainer reserves your date on my calendar and is 25% of your total session fee. Retainers are non-refundable unless I'm able to rebook your session time.

Why do I have to pay sales tax for your services? 
My sessions are inclusive and include digital images, which are considered a tangible product. In the state of Virginia, photography packages that include a product are subject to sales tax on the entire collection.

What if I have to reschedule due to illness? 
If you or a family member become ill, please let me know as soon as possible. Rescheduling will occur on my next available opening.

When is the final payment for my session due?
The remainder of any session balance is on the day of your session. I will send a final invoice about a week prior to your session.

Do your offer consultations?
If you would prefer to meet and book in person, I'm happy to do so! I hold office hours Monday - Thursday 10am - 3pm by appointment.
